“Generalized Keyword Search and Query Tools – This area contains a text field known as the “Main Search Text Box” where a majority of your searches & queries will begin. Entering a keyword into this box and pressing the Search button will generate Google search results in the “Main Browser Window”. This area also contains several tools for helping you create your query, such as Tips, Quoting and Sounds Like.
Main Browser Window– This area contains the main browser window as well as a number of familiar tools related to using the browser, such as the Back, Forward, and Favorites buttons.
Categorized Keyword Search – Here you will find a variety of sets of categorized search tools. These include web search, news, audio, video, entertainment, shopping, and RSS & Blog search engines.
Side Panel – For each type of search category there is an associated side panel which provides specific settings to further refine your search.
Related Searches – This area contains quick-links to various tools, such as Overture and Google Sets, that will help you discover more topics and keywords related to your current subject of research.
Url Tools – These are site-related tools that provide information about the current page or the entire domain. The URL Slide Show feature is also located here.
